Breathe into a place of spaciousness and creativity. Using a variety of techniques including Conscious Connect Breathwork, the practice helps you deeply release bodily tension, finding clarity, inspiration and letting go of limiting beliefs.

Embodied movement to unwind, find space, listen to your body and invite ease into your being. Yoga flow, soft mobility work, and intuitive movement are woven together in a practice that focuses on how movement feels over how it looks.

Rest in a world that wants you to rush. Restorative and Yin yoga, myofascial, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra are the tools to make space for deep rest. Spend time in the liminal spaces where insights are revealed and shifts happen.

Breathwork and rest practices can help your people lessen stress, find focus and become their most creative selves. My workshops are accessible for people with no experience of breathwork. They can be tailored to your needs, some popular formats are Breathwork for Work, Breathwork for Creativity and Lunchtime Rest.
