  • One to one sessions meet you where you are right now, and focus on areas you want to work with. Sessions tailor breathwork with supporting movement, sound and bodywork to create a space for letting go, finding clarity and making space for change.

  • You’ll complete a short form to share your areas of focus and what you want from the session, so I can tailor accordingly. We’ll start with discussion and grounding before beginning the work with the breath. Sessions last 90 minutes and will include guidance on practices to integrate into your daily life.

  • I am always happy to share private group sessions and to share breathwork journeys on retreats and for workplace away days. Get in touch to discuss!
